STBS announces the availability of its new Web-enabled Service Delivery Platform (WSDP). This product is a natural extension of STBS existing Webcare module. WSDP provides a web-based portal that allows end-users to Shop, Buy, Provision and manage new services. With 24/7 accessibility through the web and no CSR intervention,
WSDP provides automated sales of new services for the service providers. WSDP is fully integrated with STBS existing Billing and Customer Care product suite such as: STBS’s product catalogue, provisioning server, customer care and Electronic Merchant server. WSDP can be also configured as a standalone product to interface with other third party Billing Vendors.

WSDP makes it easy for customers to self manage their services (Wireline, Wireless, VOIP, Video (including IPTV) and broadband services) by giving them a truly integrated Communications Portal solution.
