STBS’ PST-X Server can automate the process of service delivery by accepting change order transactions (activate, temporary disconnect, Restore and deactivation) directly from STBS’ Order Management System or a third party Order Management System, translating them into the commands needed to configure network switches and other devices.  PST-X captures all responses for Network element and translates them into user understandable error messages and passes it back to the order management system so that the status of a subscriber order can be updated in the order management and billing systems.
