STBS’ Billing Module provides an easy to user interface for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to manage variety of billing, collection and invoicing. CSR’s can use this interface to post payments/credit/debit accounts, manage batch payments and adjustments, manage account receivable and manage their collection activities. The system can be configured with different write-off procedures. Invoice management and invoice creation functionality is also available through this module.
