Order Management Module
STBS Order Management Module is a complete tool for managing customer orders, to include provisioning, installation and cut over/turn-up.
The Order Management module is designed as a workflow based product. The system can be configured to follow an exiting ordering procedure and business rules of an organization or it could be configured to use any one of STBS’s preset workflow plan. Activities can be assigned to different workgroup according to a configurable workflow designer.
As customer Service Order flows though the STBS Order Management module an extensive audit trail is kept and different alarms are generated based on predefined specific criteria.
This module interfaces closely with STBS CDR-Loader Module, STBS Inventory Module, STBS Product Catalogue Module and STBS Billing Module.
STBS’ Order Entry Module is an optional module. iSTBS Customer Module which is already an integral part of iSTBS Core Engine provides a minimal order entry functionality, which might be sufficient for most applications.
